This wellness day includes a 50-minute body treatment, lunch at the Club House, and access to all the Shape Club facilities (semi-Olympic pool, sun loungers, fitness room, Nordic circuit, and the day's group coaching sessions).

The Lily of the Valley Summer Program combines pleasure and wellness, and can be included with any summer stay.
For at least three days during your stay, enjoy treatments, individual coaching sessions, and wellness lunches at the Vista restaurant, so you can focus on feeling good – and not frustrated. LED sessions, a bioimpedance analysis and skin diagnosis are also included in your Summer Program.
The summer program is only available in addition to a hotel stay.
Whether you're a guest at Lily of the Valley or a regular visitor to Gigaro, you can (re)discover the Cap Lardier at sunrise or sunset from a completely different perspective… on a paddleboard.
Our Sailing Club offers a variety of watersports activities throughout the day, including individual eFoil lessons – new this year.
Below the hotel lies the fine sandy beach of the Plage de Gigaro. At one end, on the edge of the pine forest, Lily of the Valley has set up its Beach Club.

Our Brigantine restaurant boasts a unique terrace at the water's edge. It's perfect for lovers of authentic, traditional Italian cuisine filled with delicious flavors.
Pépé has all the charm of a beach restaurant, and whisks you away to the atmosphere of an Italian village square with its large choice of fresh and tasty dishes.
Tables can't be booked.
The Lily of the Valley Beach Club has also its own private beach with sun loungers.
